Karen W. Hinds, is a London-trained massage therapist who has been practicing holistic therapies since 2004. Her desire to see people pain-free and mentally healthy are just 2 of the reasons she undertook this path of complementary therapy, and has used her skills to work with cancer patients in palliative care, and mental health patients in London, to promote relaxation, balance, and total well-being.


When she returned to Trinidad and Tobago in 2007, she wanted to share her knowledge and has been a tutor in massage and anatomy since 2009, working for UWI Open Campus and at her own establishment, The Light Centre TT.
